Hello everybody,
I have recently come back from something called TicFest which is when families with children who have Tourette’s syndrome get to come together for a weekend residential and meet each other whilst doing different activities. It gives everyone a great opportunity to chat with other people who are in similar situations.
There are currently 5 TicFests spread out across the UK which are run by Tourettes Action and funded by BBC Children in Need.
This video explains what TicFest is and I managed to talk to some of the parents, siblings and children who have TS (Tourette’s syndrome) on camera which I thought was quite interesting as it lets you see other people’s perspectives of life with TS.
I hope that you guys like the video,
Wilamena Xx 🙂
